Sharing a Report with a Colleague

To share a report with another user simply click on the share button at the top of the page.

If you have not saved the report Brand View will prompt you to do so. 

Note that if you have been prompted to save you will need to click the share button again afterwards.

 From the Share window click whether to share the report with No-one, Everyone in your company or selected colleagues.

To add comments seen by all users when they open the report, write into the Comments box.

To share with selected colleagues click Selected Colleagues then click Change in order to add people to your mailing list.

When you're done click 'OK'.

Click 'Share' to share the report.

That's it! An e-mail will now be sent to the users informing them of the shared report and giving them details on how to access it.
