To find out how many users are setup on your Brand View account, select 'Settings' from the top right of the My Account page and then click the link: 'Click to Manage Users'.  

 Your list of users will be shown and the number of user licences you have available are shown above this. 

Note that you must be an administrator on your Brand View account to view user licence usage.
