I'm not receiving email alerts setup on my account, why?

This can occur for several reasons.

Verify Brand View has your correct email address

You can verify the email address Brand View has on your account by selecting 'Manage Account' on your account page and checking what email address is being used.

 No prices or promotions changed

If no prices or promotions have changed then you will not automatically receive an alert email. However, if you would like to receive an email even if no changes occur, then simply select the option to 'Send alert even when no changes occur'.

Emails are going to your SPAM folder

Please check your email spam folder to ensure that alerts from Brand View are not being sent to your spam folder. If this is the case simply add the address support@brandview.co.uk to your safe senders list (sometimes called your white list).
