Sending

When you send a report to a colleague Brand View makes a copy of that report and places it in your colleagues Brand View account. This means any changes they make to the report are not reflected in your copy.

Sharing

When you share a report with a colleague you retain ownership of the report, you colleague is simply able to view it. This means if you make changes to the report in the future those you are sharing the report with will automatically see those changes.
